Build the platform: lean, viable and ready to scale.

We build the core capability and prove the priority workflow with real examples. The Foundation establishes reusable components, the necessary integrations and a platform that can develop further. It is designed to teach us what works and provide a sound base for the next step.

What this gives you: a working Foundational PoC, tested against the agreed use cases, with clear findings and a route toward live operation.

4. Build: Path to live

Harden, test, learn and go live.

We use feedback from real users to refine the experience and deal with exceptions. We test the end-to-end workflow, strengthen the required controls and prepare the solution and the people using it for live operation. The exact work depends on the client environment and what the Foundational PoC has proved.
